Talleres Vilam is a Spanish company specialising in the manufacturing of high precision mechanical components. We stand out for offering the highest quality tailor-made products, on time and at competitive prices.
We have facilities and infrastructure with a wide range of CNC machinery, and a staff of more than 20 technicians with whom we are able to deal with highly complex and precise mechanical processes.
- Mechanising
SERVICES
Mechanical elements manufacturing at any type of material, starting from a digital file, drawing or sample. We have horizontal and vertical machining centres with 3, 4 and 5 axes, horizontal and vertical lathes with C+Y axis plus grinding section.
Milling maximum size: 2500x1200x1000 mm.
Turning maximum size: 950 mm diameter.
- LOGISTICS
Management expertise, storage in our own facilities and finished product supply anywhere in the world.
- TREATMENTS
Subcontracting of heat treatments (normalising, case hardening, stabilising, induction, nitriding, quenching) and surface coating treatments (zinc-nickel, chrome, bichromate, phosphating, laminating, liquid paint).
- PURCHASING
International department to optimise the management of purchases and supplier approval; raw materials, commercial elements and subcontracting.
- ASSEMBLY
We have an assembly area with quality control according to the specifications set by our customers for each of their products.
- QUALITY
We incorporate the concept of quality as a fundamental aspect of our company policy. We are certified UNE-EN ISO9001:2015. In our quality laboratory we are equipped with 2 CMM machines and all the measuring instruments necessary to guarantee our production processes.
- TECHNICAL OFFICE
We develop tooling, processes, CAD-CAM programming and all the necessary documentation to guarantee product traceability and control. We also design mechanical elements based on samples on the customer’s request.
